I'm a new artist and I have decided to get serious about improving.
hopefully i'll be able to reach my goal of becoming a good artist.
I'll post more soon..
Alright I'm starting at the basics
First here some gesture sketches, I just added the hand because I felt like it
I'll post line studies later
Gonna post more painting studies.
Hey there! Good going starting from the basics (Need to tell that to myself) Keep it up and you'll be great!

Nice start Don't get bummed thinking that everything you draw is crummy and you'll never get better - I was like this alot before I opened my sketchbook and got serious about things, now its been months since I felt unmotivated!
You don't have to post everyday, but you should always try to draw everyday, even if you only have time for quick scribbles. Draw from life alot and you will improve. Don't just think about what you dislike about your drawing, think of some things that you think went well and figure out how you can improve the parts that didnt.
You can draw, I can see that already, you just need to believe it yourself and practise practise practise
Sorry for the lack of updates guys
I have no excuses...
I like crying girl. You might want to move her mouth up a bit and simplify her nose somewhat to go along with what you've got going stylistically.
Hang out at coffee shops/on trains and draw people when they aren't looking. It's a lot of fun and really helpful because you have to lay things down FAST so you don't have time to think about whether or not you're fucking up.
You're doing great. Keep it up!
I can't lie, I had help with the designs on this one.
Help me pick the best one!
