Greetings fellow artists,
Some of you may know me already, but I'll introduce myself quickly anyway: I'm Meteorskies, young french engineer, hobbyist artist. You can call me Meteor, Mets or Met. I am also an administrator on The Kitchen (art community created by Randis Albion). I've never really been on CA before, although I tried to make a sketchbook once, but my work was far to crappy.
So here I come back after 3 years to bring you guys some more recent and more interesting work. I don't want to upload old stuff, so I will upload only new work.
I am looking forward to hear your critics.
Thanks in advance, and I hope you enjoy!

Today's work, three 45-30 min canyon studies, a wip portrait study and a random doodle (which made me realize I needed to work on faces, hence the portrait study):
Good job with the studies man, I love the colors.
Something you could try out is putting more focus to the edges, it's a problem I also had (and still have partly)
so try to limit them to soft and hard edges using selection tools like lasso etc. It'll make them pop out much more.
I know you also have something more reserved on your hard drive, like the girl with the horns and red cloth that was awesome, so update!
Keep up the good work mate.
I'm back, it's been a while.
Here are some random recent doodles:
Not exactly daily stuff, but here is some more work from this week-end:
A little update on some work:
(designing tattoo is a lot of fun, but a lot of time )
I've not been very active on the forums, mea culpa. Here are some studies and my entry for the Train your brain deviantart contest.
I have realized that I am stuck somewhere in-between "so-so" and "it just lacks a little something to be great"... it is very frustrating. I would love to have some feedback from the community, on a specific piece or more in general.
Oh, and here is the red clothed horned girl you asked Vablo
I'll try to work more with edges, but I honestly don't really know ho w to do that.
