This last one seems more clear and better organized .I like it
btw i think i am the only one using the same nib in my intuos4 without changing it(it can be reduced any more lol) guess i am damaging my tablet hheheheh
seeing lots of improvement..,
try finishing a piece?
@Omerta Thanks man!
@kingkostas Wow, well, I think I'm the exact opposite.. I always change at 50-75% wear because I don't like the worn out feel.
@Helioth Thanks man! Will finish a piece soon when I got the time!
Sorry for the inactivity guys! I've been busy gatherin money to do....
my dream setup! New second monitor 21,5" BenQ
Just need to rearange it a little bit to get more space again, but already love it!
Having the ref pics and palettes on the 2nd monitor is just MINDBLOWING awesome! Too bad my final exams are coming closer, so I don't have too much freetime... bleeeeeeeh...
And thanks for all the comments guys, always appreciate it!
Wow you are one talented dude, your work shows so much promise! Nice setup too Will check back here as time goes on
Sketchbook - freakmod wants to learn how to draw really well
@freakmod: thanks man, really appreciate it!
@miycko: yeah, thanks... I'll really need your luck, so many exams coming the following weeks :<
my workspace, a bit more organized
some digis I did at my vacation with my really old notebook
some Bridgeman studies I did the last days
@miycko: thanks man. And because of that saturation thingy - it's because I did these on vacation in austria with my old notebook.. And that screen really SUUUUUCKED
ANd yeah, definately digging bridgeman too, helps a lot with my understanding of 3D
nice the studies are going really well.Keep pushing the drawing till a confindent feeling in creating everything you want as a base sketch.Make some full body drawings here and there trying to apply what you have learned.
keep going anyway
Nice! It's good to see you doing some study. I agree with Kingkostas, study full figure too as well
And you! Damn it! Stop buffing up your workdesk! *envious*
I still having trouble saving up for Intuos, but it's coming! Hehe. Well, good things will come in time.
that's all I could come up with the last weeks...
My final exams are coming up .. so the next 2 month I will still have nearly 0 time to draw
all of these were done under 20min each ...
2 Mucha studies, 2 color studies and some loomis/ bridgeman/ whatever stuff...
gotta go ... damn school sure sucks
Cool, painterly style!!! Love it!! Where'd you learn to make those Android like shapes?? I've only had Painter X for about 3 days now..but I can't figure those shapes out!! O.o haha!! Excellent work bro..keep it flowin.
Jesus saves from the power of sin!
Book of Sketching! ....
@spooonfruit: Thanks man!
Those androit style shapes were hard to learn.. I searched the whole internet, literally..Took me a while to figure it out
You can produce them with the pattern chalk tool. Then I made some custom shapes, and voilá, done. For further information you can google or read the painter X manual (really helps!)
Good variation for practice. The anatomy series looking very good, glad to see you braving that multiple angles. Loving the Mucha studies as well, you capture the colors nicely. Keep it up, you!
I love the amount of boobies in your sketchbook dude your sketches and anatomy works are getting better & betterer, not to mention those studies rock school will be over & done with soon enough, just hang in there & keep working hard dude later
Nice ur colors became really nice and ur progress is really good!Keep it up!
Great stuff time to do some finished pics.
@Mitze: Thanks man! I will do some finished pics for sure, when I have more time again.. Which will be very soon, because school is over in 2 weeks
@Cameli: Thanks, I appreciate your comment
@Miycko: More boobies for you! And school is as good as finished now, yay!
@witcrack: Thanks man, one more mucha study in this update as well
@kingkostas: Thanks man, I will definately do more works in multiple perspective, helps so much with my 3d understanding!
not much to show right now. That's all I did the last month...
BUT on the bright side, only 2 more exams and I, as good as, finished school! YES ! Then I have massive free-time for more studies...
Some studies, ballpoint and graphite mainly
most poses/ anatomy studies done in 1-5minutes..
You have a knack in decorative work, you know. That's good to see. Glad to see you're serious in studying the basics as well (especially anatomy) cuz that, i'm sure will complement your decorative skill beautifully. I can see why you like Mucha now.
As far as i can see here in your studies, you need to do more of full figure drawings. Portraits are okay, can be improved further still, of course. But your full figure drawing skill is the one that needs more attention right now, especially proportion
@witcrack: Thanks man. Yeah, you're absolutely right.. After school, when I have a lot more freetime, I can finally do some longer, more thoughtful anatomy studies Loomis and Bridgeman already waiting here for me to study them
Sweet graphite sketches, really like the way you did the hair for the chicks in some of them you cut the forehead a little short though, just watch out for that. aw heavenly boobies, dig the anatomy studies man can't wait till you can post full time again, keep up the good works
just a tiny, old update XD
these drawings are all drawn DURING classes, so they are quick and secret art . Just done to waste time until the extremely boring classes are over.
nothing fancy... mixed up the channels in the last one,but kinda liked the effect, so I left it (also too lazy to restart PS ^^')
And yeah, finally wrote my last Big exam yesterday. So just some small tests coming and soon I'm finished with school, wohoo
@Majora: Thanks man, I will
@miycko: Thanks, dude.. Yeah, somehow my portraits get worse everytime haha Just need to get back to my old pace... over 1 month of learning and nearly zero drawing is no good for me.
i was surprised to find that time off drawing actually does you good sometimes i can't say why though. Great sketches in this update man you certainly haven't lost any of your skills during your time off keep them coming dude
