First time poster on this forum and first off I'm in awe as to how much talent there is here. I can tell that I will be learning quite a bit on this forum.
I recently graduated from college with a degree in Industrial Design. Although the program concentrated strongly on product design Iím passionate about character and set design and want to get into the industry. What do people look for in a portfolio? For product design the emphasis is on the story or your thinking process. Is this the same format for character design? I attached a link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlmJgkqvjgo to some samples of my work. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
