None of the photo elements feel like they're on the same planet - it feels more like a collage.
you could make a new layer and paint over it to help bring it to gether more some areas could be less detailed (not blurred)but painted over mabe areas in the back ground could be a bit less saturated dalsim is hard to read i wouldn't know that was him unless you told me , i would use a lot of paint and play w/ it i do like how you set it up and i think you can pull it together
But at the same time, painting over the collage will only get you so far if you don't know what you're doing.
It all comes down to lighting. None of the elements in the picture are lit in the same way, and the fire isn't casting any light at all.Could you give me some pointers on how to put some cohesion into that collage.
What's with the weird gray haze over random parts of the picture? If it's placed strategically as fog, it might help direct the eye, but right now it's not doing anything for the picture.
