More likely a case of XSS. How do you get redirected?
This could be a case of cross site scripting, but assuming that the address bar shows conceptart.org it might be a DNS issue with the registrar. That screen cap looks like the ENOM generic parked page (which happens to be the registrar for Conceptart.org)
If any of the CA webmasters are reading this (or if anyone knows Jason Manley) you might want to check the DNS settings on your web host and registrar, as the primary NS (ns1.greyskymedia.com) seems to have some issues, which may cause the site to default to the parked page.
More info here:
Another possibility is that CA has changed hosting providers and the propagation period is not complete, but that's unlikely as the last DNS change shows NOV 2006.
Demo - try a ping of conceptart.org and see what IP you get, should be 18.104.22.168
- considering you use a windows machine, cllick on start - run
type CMD and hit "enter"
in the black screen type "ping conceptart.org" and press enter
the first line will be something like
"Pinging conceptart.org [22.214.171.124] with 32 bytes of data"
