Well to start things off, this is my first post on CA.org. I think everyone's work here is great and I am quite jealous of people's talents. The reason I am here is I wanted to ask if there is a rule-set or guideline if I were to ask around if anyone wanted to sketch up some concept ideas I had for 3D work I need to do for school.
If CA allows it I will update the post with what kind of characters I am looking for. Thanks again!
why is it so many recent first-time posters are putting their foot in their mouth?
hiring someone to draw concepts for your story/idea in general = fine.
hiring someone to draw concepts for YOUR OWN SCHOOL EXERCISE = PLAGIARISM.
Dude, just keep looking through the site and get inspired like a normal artist.
Mm, depends on the school project. Some classes will allow you to use other resources like a pre-existing image to make a 3D model out of, or in my case, students were allowed to pay someone to make 3D models of 2D work they'd done for a CA class to simulate how things might run in the real world.
In any case, you need to go to the JOB BOARD and post in the appropriate pay level.
this is why I ask. thanks for the info
