Man... It's hard to write an introduction...
//Some hours later....//
I've been, like so many others, lurking here for quite some time looking at all the pretty pictures painted by all of the really awesome artists on this site.
But that stops now!... The lurking... not the whole looking at pretty pictures thing.
I realized last year that doodling a bit now and then won't really get you anywhere, so I went and bought a whole pile of books on anatomy and started doing various studies. However I'm not drawing often enough so progress is slow, hence i start this sketchbook to keep me drawing regularly and of course to get valuable advice from fellow artists.
My goal is to update every day and keep doing so for as long as I can. I'm unemployed at the moment so it shouldn't be too hard to do so at least until i get a job and when I do get a job I'll try my best at updating daily anyway.
To start things off i did some gesture drawings from Posemaniacs (not gonna post all of them) followed by head/skull studies from Stephen Peck's Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist and last but not least i drew some faces, some from ref some just from my imagination.
