i like this alot. some reason when i look at it. i almost think its his belly, like he's leaning on his back.
the teeth and the spikes along the back look flat.

nice piece although it looks indeed like a big belly, mabye add some legs on the back to make it a lot clearer, now it looks like he has to drag his big behind with just two legs
