Lovely colors and brushwork. I really like the guy in #65 - Excellent work.
I was out sick for a few days so didn't get a lot done. Here's what I did though. Participated in the nov 1. self portrait day, plus a silly b&w sketch. Mostly just experimenting with some ink-y brushes.
ps. I need to get over this blue/green obsession I've been in lately.
amazing stuff man, really appreciate you posting your step by step....it is helpful
sweeeet sketchbook, I mean like really REALLY sweet! Keep going, man!
last one is super nice, dude! Love black and white sketches, wanna see moar!
Seems to be done with Photoshop...?
Thanks for all the kind words guys! I haven't been sketching much since my gf's visa is nearly up so I've been trying to spend as much time with her as possible. But I'll be back to it soon.
Hideyoshi, yeah those B&W are totally photoshop. I'm so lazy these days!
A few people have asked about the brushes I use for the inky kind of look, so here they are if anyone wants to play around with them. They're not incredibly fancy, just a small set I cooked up while I was home sick one day. Oh, and one brush I totally ripped off from bumskee's set and altered to fit my needs. Thanks, Min!

Twitchfinger - nice work here man, I like the Blue green stuff, I say do as much of that as you want
Wow, you've really got your light down. Keep up the good work, I'm subscribing.
you know when your walking down the street and there is a man coming the opposite direction, and right when he passes by you realize he has ridiculous lazy eyes, to the extent you to a double take and accidently look into his eye, but your not sure if he is looking at you or not. I get that feeling when looking at your work, its so ridiculous it makes me uncomfortable
Thanks for the brushes! A couple of them are pure gold.
brushes are dope, buddy! Thanks for that set!

I'm loving your colors and values, I wish I could get em half that good And thanks so much for the brushes, by the way!
