Welcome to CA! Nice start for you SB. You seem to have a general idea of muscles and poses. I'd suggest you start reading (or watching) some Loomis/Vilppu/Finch. Study proportions and practice gesture drawing.
Also do lots of drawings/sketches from observation. Focus on the big shapes, leave details for later.

Welcome! Here's my tips for learning. I would suggest focusing on one aspect of the human body and truly understanding that; hands, feet, eyes, nose, face... that kind of thing. And then focusing on proportion and applying all those things in one object.
