After weeks and weeks of thinking about this finally I just dar to show some of my sketches in this forum, so I can update this at the same time as my Blog.
For this one, I follow my boss' advice and start doing color sketches of what I see to improve my light/color habilities, so this is the first one (of many I hope!) the view is of Downtown Vancovuer, 4pm in summer time
Hello, sorry for the terrible lack of updates, but I've been posting my stuff on my blogs and not here , well here is some life drawing from a local place here in Vancouver called "Basic Inquiry", this was a gesture session so the posses where 30 seconds, 2 minutes and 5 minutes, hope you like them!
DO MORE DRAWING. The only thing holding back those beautiful paintings of yours is the lack of unity of the actual forms. Perspective is off here and there and certain parts just dont fit in right. If you did more work with the pencil you would be able to paint faster, and your stuff would look professional. keep up the good work!
