Well, it's a nice looking drawing you have here and welcome aboard to CA! There's a nice introduction thread here...
So first off if you look at the horizon line and her vertical line they don't match.
The blue line is her axis as you drew her with the horizon line at it's corrected matching angle, (perpendicular).
The red line is the horizon line as you drew it with the girls corrected matching vertical axis line,( and yellow draw over).
The ground she's on doesn't seem to match the perspective either. I'd suggest finding your horizon line and perspective points, putting down a grid and work your placements off it.
Anatomy wise, it looks pretty good. I think the head is too big, giving it more cartoon proportions than young girl proportions, (not by much though).
Her neck collar needs to be more of a cyclinder in perspective than what you have.
The line of her right her right arm is running straight down into the line of her dress. This tangent flattens out the figure. Overlap emphasizes depth. You could move her arm in just a smidge or bring the dress behind her out a smidge more.
As far as the feet, I think if you grid off the ground she's on you'll be able to place it better in correct perspective.
Hope this helps, looks to be quite a nice piece when you finish!
