Posit: it wouldn't be that hard to use the post counters of the site to determine where a person had posted the majority of their posts in... right? We could use that to give people badges like "lounge lizard" or "crit fanatic" or something. It might persuade more people to post artwork and would explain to people at the workshops why I haven't met them on the interwebz before.

We do have those, they're called sketchbooks. You can tell who spends most of their time in the lounge by looking at their work.

I think people should be able to say what they have to say where they ought to say it. To pin people with some sort of scarlet letter for talking where other people don't want them to seems to be not only unnecesary but also cruel and vindictive.
I'm keen about getting recognized for my inactivity on the forums, Although at the end of the day having more tags is simply for ego boosting purposes, and I'm all for that..
