pretty fun style!
youve got some awesome ideas man, i enjoyed looking in your sb
its nice to see you improving your style mate.Very interesting head equipment in the female char
(if you want try to change the color of the black pencil lines and see what you get.Maybe do it by the selective color, in image adgjugments, in photoshop)
keep up the good work
I really like your style!
Really great style!!!
I have to say that your pencil shading confuses me sometimes. You seem to accentuate the cylindrical shape shading, on muscle masses, hair locks and so on, which is stylishly nice, but your lightsource related shades are a bit on and off. For example a figure can be heavilly foreshadowed, but it's clothes not. (second jesus in post #137)
Or, your pierrot in post #142 is shaded with much detail and attention, except the torso, which then looks completely flat.
The weird thing is that these things seem to give an off-balance charm to your drawings, so, keep up!!!!
Artist Friend, I appreciated the comment and recognition, thanks. You are right , I’m really looking for a language that is not necessarily formal. I want to do something different or nonstandard but respecting the concepts of anatomy and proportion.
I have tried different ideas, shading and how to interpret them in a new way, without leaving the basic concept.
Maybe one day we'll get what are we looking for. All advices and criticisms are always welcome!
