This stuff is nuts.

I think my favorite pieces are the insights into the conceptual process that you guys have worked out.

Wow. This is some of the best work I've ever seen, let alone recently. This is making me excited for the game, and thats saying something after "Evolution" >.<.
Really, really great stuff.
I don't know if I really have room to crit, but I think there is a bit too much going on in the revised cave. it gets really confusing. Its so cool to see how things like that are revised though!

the dead_bronto image is awesome as well as big_dead_dino
i look around the image and bam i see the human characters
and the whole scale changes, i would love to see that in the game

the art direction notes are really interesting too,
is nice to see the process evolving and those paintovers
are great :-D, very exciting

"DENSE" "jungle_inspiration" and " junglescape02"
have some awesome brushstroke work, very organic,
love the variety of shapes in the fooliage
and also the tiny tiny details that give the scale to this awesome images

flamethrower gun is BADASS great execution

awesome storyboards Chad :-D

overall
creatures (check)
environments (check)
characters (check)
Props (check)
vehicles (check)
it is all amazing concept work , congrats guys

Mandryk if there is more please post it cause
it's all good stuff specially those gameplay designs
we don't see much of that around here :-)

Wow, this stuff is awesome! Lots of insight into what actually goes on in concept jobs

Which game is this all from? I'm guessing it isn't the original N64 Turok from '97 which is the one I have

6* for me, i know that what I say is not really constructive but WOW.
Lanscapes are truly beatifull, monochrome images with little difference of tones are simply awesome. The one with the " diplodocus " is my favorite.
Technical drawings are also really strong !

Big respect for all the designers who worked on this project.
It will made my week, thanks for sharing...

oh man that's a big dump indeed
awesome stuff guys, somehow what I prefer there are the "level maps"... but everything is kickass. Must have been really really fun to work on that.

Wow! Amazing stuff. It's really rare to see such in depth game conceptart. It tells much more what is done rather than few polished pics. Thanks for sharing this.

"Inject a little more "all american" into him" - hmm... so that's why all main game characters look so similar. What exactly does "all american" mean ?

Awesome post. I think the first ones are the strongest, they really grabbed my attention. The insight in the process is really nice to see as well, and the level maps and ideas are something I don't often see. Thanks for posting all this

I agree with yoitisi up there, first ones were definitely the strongest of the pack.
Nonetheless, amazing work. If only the game was as good as your concept art lol

I love all the dinosaur stuff. Great work all around, guys!
I used to actually read the Valiant comics for this, so it's pretty nostalgic to see the update to the character .
