focused mainly on color and the loose feel so shapes are off.. I should probably spend more time on it..
my rules were no colour picker and no overlaying. (2 windows next to each other, original & study)

It hard to tell the copy from the original. Maybe only on the detailed leafs of the background trees on the mullins one.
Good job. One thing you could learn from Mullins is that he has very sharp edges and he propably paints on several layers so that he can easily use eraser to those edges and make them look anything but blurry. If you want to learn that loose technique, you wouldn't need to copy the shapes that accurately but concentrate on getting a good touch on painting.
Very well done! All of the major colors and forms are very accurate. The only areas that scream out to me as needing work are the large monument looking sculpture in the back right and the folds of the big guy's cloak. Great work, regardless.
