Pretty much whats happening is Im not in the concept art business, its more of a hobby. A family friend of my girlfriend has just finished writing their first childrens book, and needs an artist to do the pictures but doesnt want to spend a fortune. My girlfriend showed her some of my stuff, and I have now been asked to send some concepts to see whether my style or ideas suit what shes looking for.
I will be paid for the final product (if she likes what she sees), so I want to write up a contract stating that pretty much, the concepts are my ideas and property and are not to be used by anybody else, or in the finally product, unless done by me. And also stating that I also did the pictures within the book when it comes to publication.
Does anybody know where I can possibly get a copy of a general licence that would cover this? (and I could change a little bit to suit my needs). I really dont want to spend money on someone writing one for me as its a one off
