New pictures further down the thread !!!
Hello Conceptart folks !
I know I should post more, but everything is moving so fast on those boards, I barely find the time to look at all the awesome pictures.
Here are some recent works, at least the one I have the rights (I think) to show.
I hope you'll like them C&C are welcome of course.
Some rpg / ccg / book stuff
And some video game concept art for "Tokkun Studio"

texture and lighting in these are just superb. very inspirational stuff.
the only thing that stuck out in my quick little run through them was the tree behind the minotaur. it feels like it's light only to contrast his arm, which drew my eye to that area of the painting repeatedly. small qualm ;P
I haven't seen your "lifestyle" scenes on cfsl ... c'est vraiment bien foutu mec well done. bravo. (le reste j'ai déjà dis ce que j'en pensais (en croquis ou en CG j'sais plus)... et j'en pense pas moins.)
euh my blog of course.
Thanks a lot for the comments.
You're right Sourgasm about the tree, it is obviously too bright and I only painted it this way to contrast with the minotaur, bad move :p
I updated slightly the picture with the nagas, modifying the hand a little.
lot of good stuff~the color tone and atmosphere are great . i enjoy it. keep posting ...
good day everyone ! enjoy your life
sean's sketch book
I think I'll use this thread to add new pieces, instead of always starting new threads
Here are some pictures I did for CHOW here at conceptart (the junk collector earned me a win, yay !)
Junk collector :
Robotic Gigolo (more like a cyborg in fact)
A new L5R picture
some speedy environment concept
I have more things I would love to show but you'll have to wait some book releases
I can update this thread a little with some pictures I did for White Wolf for the "requiem for Rome" book as well as some book covers, concept art and speed paintings for different projects.
All comments are more than welcome

Awesome stuff man. Diggin all of it
Wow I love the level of details in your images and the coloring and textures are good as well.
Here is a large update with pics I did in the past months.
I have also a lot of video game related work (especially environment design) but unfortunately I cannot show it yet.
Sorry for the huge download :p
First, some pictures for various "Vampire : Requiem" books
Some "World of Darkness" interior pictures
A picture for the "new gods of mankind' rpg
Some pictures for the "legend of norrath" everquest card game
A fantasy book cover for a French publisher
And eventually some pictures for the "EVE online" website, which illustrates some short stories.
Great range of work here, very nice.
Love the first World of Darkness pic with the mirror. The girl's expression is classic, you nailed it.
Only thing you may want to keep in mind regards functional design. In your Tokkun studio images, the bedroom wardrobe is incredibly tall, and the compartments are very small and numerous. Also, in the kitchen image the raised section isn't very practical for anyone that wants to pull out a stool and sit down, or if someone has a lot of dishes/food to carry in or out. Faceplant ahoy.
Nice lighting though
Lighting interiors is tough.
Amazing work and a lot to choose from and I don't know why but I love the pediatricians room the best. Makes me want to take my son for a check up... Dude your raw! Kelly
On the bedroom picture, the first thing that caught my eye, was the dark spots next to the roses. Don't know if it was supposed to stand out, but I liked it.
Masterful work..I love them all especially the darker stuff involving blood and nipples..
FUCK!THIS IS AWESOME!HOW THEY PEOPLE GIVE YOU JUST ONLY 4 stars?
your color feeling really nice!
living like cartoon ,money like water!
there's a "suicide girl" smell into the last vampire girl picture ^^
as always, your sensibility is powerful
Mime you are a roxxor :p
euh my blog of course.
This is all great stuff. Particularly the black and white work. I really like the mood you get and the way you handle paint (or pixels, whatever), but I have to agree with Peter Coene that being more precise with objects and the way people hold them would really bring all these up a notch.
A couple examples.
-The war hammer the elf woman is holding in the first Norrath picture is messy, and doesn't look useable. It's all head and no handle. It seems too heavy and too wimpy at the same time.
-The flaming sword that the pegasus guy is holding looks kinda wimpy too, and a sword is held with the hand tight against the cross bars.
-A lot of the guns look improvised rather than observed or thought out.
Yeah, I guess a lot of it (particularly gun and armor design) just seems like its been hastily worked out as you were painting it, rather than planned out in advance during the sketch phase.
Hope that's not too harsh.
Hey thank you for the nice comments,
Peter Coene and NathanLong you are completely right. For my defense, this white wolf picture is quite old now, I think I did it in last June or July. I think that for example the rifle in the "children in gold mine" picture is better handled.
But it is right that I usually don't do enough research for props.
For the "flaming sword" I had references from a movie, where the guy holded his sword like this, but maybe that was a lousy movie :p
Cognition : you are totally right, when I look again at those pictures now I really see a lot of flaws, but well, that's what improvement is made for
Banhatin : thank you very much. To be honest I think some of the older pictures in the beginning of the thread don't deserve much than 3 stars, so I guess that 4 stars for the whole thread is very good
Gax : thanxs man, I don't know if I rox, but you sure do You're right, the small star tatoo idea comes from some random suicide girls browsing
Triple-R : don't we all like blood and nipples ? Thanks for the kind words
Idiot Apathy : thanxs a lot !! I'm pretty sure you are the one who will get all the work very soon (if this is not already the case )
