What an AMAZING first post!

This is getting five stars from me, as it's the best thing I've seen all week!! I love these, the way you've drawn them into actual environments...the textures are so GORGEOUS and the ideas are pretty clever. For example like the raining stones and the little monster guy with the umbrella, and the guy going down the pit on a rope and the firefighter...ok, they're ALL great lol....I think I'm gonna have to have one of these as my new desk top image at work too if ya don't mind.

I wanna see more, post more please!

When I saw the first couple of these I thought I'd hate this post. ' Jesus. How many times have we seen this crap? ' I thought. That just goes to show what a cynical and generally unpleasant old bastard I am. By the time I'd got to the fourth or fifth I was hooked and I was genuinely disappointed when I reached the last image.

Little stylised skull-headed dudes might not be the most original concept, but what you've done with them certainly is and the characterisation and humour is remarkably inventive throughout. I had to double check that they were overlayed on the photographic material and not actually painted on the surfaces - the integration is pretty convincing in some of these images. They're the pieces that work best in my opinion. 10, 17 and 20 are my favourites.

Great stuff. Thanks for the smiles!

Wow man, some of the most innovative stuff I've seen in here in a long time. Have you animated any of it yet? The Fireman and Spelunking are my favorites.

I can so see this as an animated series.

A wicked, mad, incredible style I say. After a while I've found myself shaking my head and laughing! I just love the way You mix different values of flat characters and rough wall surface. I'll watch that thread

these are awesome!!! like someone already said, its not an original idea in terms of the cartoony gothy style, but what youve done with them is brilliant, and your sense of design is totally cool.

i dig em, lets see more!

Truly amazing, inspirational and funny, this is a great collection man.
About you logotype, I think that your creatures deserve really a better distinctive sign! The font you used it's one of the most used fonts, there is hundreds blogs of Burton's fans and dark guys where you can find this font. Try to do some very personal typesetting, I see that you have the skills to do this, just looking at the schoolbus: your typeset it's really more unique and fit perfectly whit the mood of your character's line. Also the stone elements... I see some better elements on other works. A logotype must be the best of you can do, you'll see many many times and he have to represent your work, and your work it's great: you need a great logo.

Anyway, post more! I like your work's a lot!

Brilliant how you incorporated all those surfaces and textures of everyday stuff. There are probably endless things you can possibly do with these.
You get 5 stars from me~

This is, without exaggeration, the best and most creative use for photographed textures that I've ever seen on this site. It's brilliant the way you took these things that few would ever pay the least bit attention to, just little bits of chipped paint and cracked walls, and brought them to life. These are wonderful things you have created. Bravo!
