Great sb, some solid stuff in here. Pencils are the strongest pieces, fantastic detail and shading. Digital coloring needs work but then again, I'm no pro at coloring myself! Nice work.

Hey hey showing some love to ya bro.
Great solid lines as usual, really digging the shading and design elements you use in your characterization. One thing id really like seeing from you is pushing those figure dynamics and generally studying from life daily. As I mentioned on messenger, your really suffering from awkward positioning and wonky proportions. This all takes practice and time, but you'll get there eventually. Also try to approach your line work in a more subtle manner, your kinda rough around the edges. Think long smooth strokes and gradually build up on values as you begin shading. What I do when drawing a character or creature, is locate where i'm going to apply my lighting. I then draw thin lines around those areas and leave them empty as I shade around that. It really helps determine where your light is hitting the figure from, and assists in creating a focal point in your sketches. As for colour, this is probably your biggest fallback. Colour is extremely difficult to handle if your amature at it. Most people who get into digi paints don't really grasp how colours work because they miss out on all the traditional aspects like oil paints, watercolor, prismas, pastels, etc (again, where studying from life becomes important). When your working with paint you find a source of light, This doesn't have to be a lighter colour of the skin, because even if light was a bright white glow, your skin would still react differently to the glare (have you ever seen so many commas in a sentance before?). Don't be afraid to experiement with different colors. Use a variety of warm and cool colours to define values for bright and dark shades whether its saturated hues or prime base colours. Mix in some violet, crimsons, orange, and get wacky with sage to create something interested and screams life. Really get familiar with your colour pallet, because its what will make your paintings stand out. Much love man, ~Adios ![]() |

Hey
![]() Your character design is really nice! And if I am not mistaken, there is alot of Patrick Lambert (Disciples game series) and Amano inspiration in there. If this is not the case, you should check out these artists' works As for critique - BOOM! said it all. Keep having fun is all I say ![]() |

Nice stuff! You have tremendous patience for all that detail. I think your anatomy needs a bit of work -- some of the musculature looks a little wonky. Some study on the basics would serve you really well. Keep it up!

wow, nice work in here, high level of detail, I like!
The thing u need to work on i think is coloring. i dont think the colors fit together too well and are a little too sharp, or maybe that just my taste?
