some of these are really quite interesting! i really like the second last one.

you like the play with lights in photos, and i like to play with water.

but yes - steps to improvement:

1) resize your images before posting!
2) use a tripod
3) i dont know what camera you have but almost all of these are grainy - see if you can fiddle with the ISO or shutter speed to reduce this - if not then make photoshop your friend

the composition of your photos is mostly quite good! i dont know if you know how to compose or just have a good eye for composition but gj on the composition.

hey! i checked out your camera and you're taking some really nice pics with it considering. Also, good job on the resizing of your pics! its possible to see the whole pic now and thats very helpful when looking at photographs. All of the photos look much better now that i can see them fully. You've got yourself a pretty nice camera there (although i think it looks ugly - at least in silver). It has a good max shutter speed of 1/2000 of a second - it would work well for taking pics of water droplets like i see you tried, and succeeded at. My suggestions for you next step in learning about photography would be to learn some of the 'rules' of photographic composition. You can find these guidelines on the internet by simply searching "rules of photographic composition" or "rules of photography" or "rules of composition" on google. They really do help, but eventually as you get better you'll realise that some of the best pictures can be taken by breaking a rule or two - you just have to know how to do it skillfully. But more often than not you will notice these rules being implemented in photos on this board as well as in the cinematography of hollywood movies.

good luck with learning those and post more pics!

p.s. if you have any questions about photography or photoshop feel free to ask (you can pm me if you like to ask)

heres an example of one link i found on google:

http://photographytips.com/page.cfm/6

but dont just stop at one link

i actualy started to read about what you mentioned before i posted the last two pics and tried to use the little knowledge i gained from reading it a bit.
it helped a lot when i tried to catch the drop of water dont know just how many pics it took but im glad i bought big flash memories hehe.
gonna keep trying the techniques some more and post if i get any good ones.
