Big pics

Well, I could use some constructive crits on these. I regard them pretty much finished, but I am thinking of bringing them into ps and make some changes + coloring depending on the crits I get.

Thanks =)

This one is very inspired by Gare du Nord in Paris, partly made with reference.

All of these are done with brushpen markers and ink on brown paper.

i am not an architect, but here's what i see. a few boundary shapes with details drawn in. you need more boundary shapes. architecture is form (just listen to me--i'm ridiculous), and not surface ornament. i refer you to the local library.

That's true, I really never thought about it that way :/

I'll make sure to do more form and less surface next time. Thanks for the pointer man!

The only constructive criticism that I could give you is to keep making more of this stuff. HEHE. I just have a suggestion. Make large landscape backgrounds darker so that the front can stand out a bit more. Maybe ad a brighter tone the overall pic’s and have an accent color to make some small parts stand out a bit more. Not too much color thought, I wouldn’t want to mess with the simplistic coloring scheme you got going on.

I like the last one, I think the depth reads better, as the roofs go back and the facade depth reads better.

Personally I'd be keen to see a ground plane/pavement.

Like the style tho.
