Another Selfportrait

I'm at the moment crunching stuff for a portfolio, and I'd like to get a little feedback on this one here:

The likeness is really good. There's something about the right eye that bothers me...it seems blank or maybe slightly off in relation to the left. Good job, keep up the good work

nice. The proportions are good. A few things I noticed... the eyes aren't quite facing the same direction as in the photo (not sure if this was intended or not) and their shape is a little off. It's close, but could be a tad more refined, with a little more structure. The upper lip might need to be a little darker. Touch up the hair and try to make it more unified? The section to the left of the ear looks like some hair is missing to me, rather than it being mess. It should still look messy if the photo does, but I mean, sometimes there are things you have to change just a bit for the sake of everyone understanding....ugh... I wonder if I'm making sense...

I'd suggest some more yellow from the shirt in the face and red from the face in the hair to make it all cohesive and of course something going on in the background. More shadow under teh hair too, it looks kind of like a hat helmet right now.
