Wanted! Concept artists

Hail!, i am currently searching for a concept artist or artists who are willing to do some concept sketches and designs for a Text based role play game i am currently running on a message board that i and my freind run... im not in any great deal of a rush, and im basicaly looking for a concept artist that has some free time and wouldnt mind helping me out

the basis around the game is taken from a number of films and different ideas, films include Star wars, 1984, Dune, Blade runner, Brazil, Equilibrium.

the other ideas include, Warhammer 40k and the Games workshop world.. (however i make sure that my ideas are not totally ripped... although the name of the organisation and its symbol are.... note that this is more like my tribute to the GW world)

ok so here is a breif summary for concept art i would like doing if possible

A city... maybe a street or plaza that has civilians going about daily buisness while under the constant watch of Imperial Officers... with banners of the Imperial eagle hanging from lamp posts, and some window sills.... the buildings should look like anything normal from today... as the games concept is the far future of the galaxy but in the dark ages, we are still using PC's and televisions and projectile weapons.... but there are futuristic things like space craft and what not... its very oppressive, and the people are depressed and constantly being reminded of "imperial Rule" so a civilian getting his head kicked in by a group of Elites wouldnt be out of place lol

The Imperial Officers, are basically dressed like SS Gestapo officers however anything that connects them to nazis are removed and replaced with the Imperial Eagle...

Elites have red and black combats on, black jack boots, carry a Katana and MP5 they have a black berret(SP?) with the Imperial Eagle emblessoned upon it, and mirrored sun glasses...

i have some other ideas, and if you want to know anything else about my ideas then please ask....

again im not in a rush im just looking for someone who is willing to do this as a challenge or has some free time...

also i would like this doing so i can better illustrate the ideas i am trying to put forward in the game...
