something is wrong..the shade or the profile..or what..
i just start my art self-learning months ago...always feel terrible about myself--and the environment--you know it's not easy to study art in China,and it's not easy to get into this website...we have the great wall.
i've made up my mind to be a good artist by seeing so many great artwork here.wish you can help me,and let's make progress together.

haha cute. The rest of his right arm is missing. It looks like its growing out of his beak making a tangent there.

The foreshortening on the left arm and hand is awkward, the shadows on it should be much darker than they are since the light is directly behind it. The shadow the beak is casting on the right arm should be curved along the shape of the arm, since the arm isn't a flat object. And as Spiralingvortex said, the upper right arm vanishes into the beak and looks like it's appearing out of nowhere.

This may seem weird, but I'd like to see the ball of light be brought forward more as it doesn't quite look like it's coming from between his hands.
