Hey, not terrible. I think you should observe life more, go outside and stare at landscapes during different times of the day, especially sunrise/sunset since that's what you were trying to depict

and dont depend on ps brushes so much, it makes you lazy as an illustrator to depend on them, I think its feathers could have been illustrated better with a normal brush

the lighting is too strong and doesnt really fit its lighting source (the disappearing sun behind it) but had there been a strong lighting source on its left, then the highlights/shadows are well done, and so is the anatomy from what I can see. Its also great that you gave the bird character and a story to the overall painting.
