I wish I could have the same enjoyment with my own ideas as with others.
I just feel kinda lost. Every time I think about what I'd eventually want to do (or to correct, what I consider I should be able to do already but I have failed because I'm not doing it), I get this constant fear, like I'm supposed to be ready to do that right tomorrow. Like I know there's never going to be real job opportunities in this country, so I think moving to another country would be a thing to do, but I have been living on my own apartment for barely half a year and I've never set foot to a foreign country (I've never even had a passport) so the thought obviously makes me nervous since I can yet barely handle living on my own in the country I was born in, but then I punish myself for that because it's like I'm supposed to move aboard next week and I should have all of this figured out and ready by now.
The women face seems to be a little crooked.
And ditto with the comment on that blonde owl.pld:
Wait... You're planning to move abroad? Ah, this is a gigantic project. Aren't you living in finland? In my impression, your country is a pretty wealthy land. Still no enough markets? The economic crisis impacts your people hard, too? Best wishes to you.

His last name isn't "Hypothermian" for no reason, you know!
It's wealthy, but there's little to none entertainment market in here. There's never been.In my impression, your country is a pretty wealthy land. Still no enough markets? The economic crisis impacts your people hard, too?

Is that so? But you people do need entertainment programs, don't they? Oh, I never thought you Finns were so lazy that only waiting for other countries providing entertainment services for you~ Then what's your plan? An American dream? Hey, adventurous girl, where's your viking starship? Go colonize on alien planets! You'll be the queen in those places! Anyway, I think the boys where you're going to land on on earth will be very happy to welcome a viking girl's coming. But I think you have to confront to more obstacles living in a foreign country than living in your motherland, especially in the strange beginning. Yet if you really like it, those will be nothing to you. It's wealthy, but there's little to none entertainment market in here. There's never been.
I really like your confident line style, sketching ability and gestural approach to character designs. Whoops, that a compliment! Study the ability to draw human anatomy from your imagination by looking at Glenn Vilippu, Michael Hampton and Mike Matessi. Theres my crit for you. Good goin.
What's taters precious? Po - tay - toes!
Hey, what I care about the best is your comics on #1003 related to Gold and Dark. Wow! Another atmosphere you constructed~ That conveys a clear feeling of being mysterious, solemn and a very strong encouraging power ! That contrasts to your leisure and humorous style. Both of them are appealing and excellent anyway!
AND THEN RISE OF THE GUARDIANS HAPPENED. SEVERAL TIMES. OVER MY VACATION.
I regret nothing!!
And then I read the books. Which have an extremely hilarious clothing design for the villain.
And then I did stuff in Tumblr. And by "stuff" I mean a whole friken Ask-Blog but by god I haven't had this much fun drawing since uh, probably never.
And then I drew them as ferrets. BECAUSE OF COURSE I WOULD.
I love your thread- it's so cute. and I, for one, really like the fan art- if that's any consolation lol. but yeah it can get a bit out of control...
Meanwhile IRL - I moved 1500km from home to find work (though in the same country it's much different from the island I grew up on.) Is it worth it? for me - yes. I can't imagine having a normal job, now that I get paid to do what I love. I went from a town of a thousand to a city of a few million - and it was unnerving and strange, but I like it well enough now (I've been here 7 years.)
Plus- there's lots of online work now-a-days. More opportunities to work freelance- which you can do from anywhere. So keep an eye out for that sort of stuff. I definitely think you'd excel at the online gaming scene.
