The two first paintings are inspiring. The hand structure is fantastic.
The second one, with the bearded man is beautiful. His nose is to die for and the expression on his face, captured by your brush strokes, is so alive and real.
I was told Mussorgsky was a real drunk, hence, his nose is very red http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...gsky_Repin.jpg

MeteorCat Still alive, just been lazy.
Here is a selection of work I made in the past couple of months.
First something I'm working on, it's a bougeureau painting divided into pieces, plan to do one more.
A portrait of chuck norris.
Studies I've done after a book I purchased by Dave Palumbo (http://dvpalumbo.com/)
And some stuff done at school.
Oh, and for those of you who are interested, I started a blog about my movie watching exploits: www.whatteunwatches.blogspot.com

Great paintings, man! Especially love the movement in the piece with the fighters in #576.
This stuff is off the chain, man, especially your digital screencap studies! Just went through your whole SB, and your progress is awesome. Now I just want to see more of your studies and hard work applied to imaginative work!
