Added a character for each 10 deaths in Dark Souls.
Used this image to study value based rendering, instead of my usual lineart and ink based approach.
Looking pretty good overall. However, the figure to the left of the central woman -- our left -- has a very tiny hand that's distracting. Also, composition-wise, I don't like the way the black iron armor guy on the bottom left is cut off so abruptly. It might be better to extend the canvas down a little and have him fade into the fog.

I'm a little bothered that they're still all pretty much the same size. You could easily kill some of that odd negative space around figures by making a few of them bigger.
Hand bigger, negative spaces filled (at least a bit) and made the woman a bit warmer. Figured i'd add the pygmy in the bottom as well.
