I'm glad you like it, thanks for the compliment.
Here’s a small commissioned piece I did, done with Pencil + Watercolor + Digital Color. I really like this technique (as I've mentioned in the past) I hope to do more of these, in fact I'm working on a new one already...
*referring to your latest piece* This is beautiful. As far as I can tell with this, you're already an accomplished artist with anatomy and technical skill, which is more than I've accomplished, so I'll just give my thoughts on the concept.
I love the colours you've chosen for this, and I especially love the design of the costume she's wearing. It's all woolen and knitted looking despite how revealing it is.
Fuck me! Spaghetti girl is off the chain, son!
I'm doing ok, looking for an agent, which is pretty harrowing, but that's the life, right? How's it going for you, other than dropping that hot shit?
@Zae Thanks you, thats very complimenting!
@Humble: Dude, your work is so good that agents should look for you . I'm living in a grey period of time atm, its not too good but not too bad either, will get back into the good part sometime soon... I hope
This is the poltergeist roaming around my house at night. He freaks me out from time to time, a few days ago I finally caught a glimpse of him so I decided to draw him. I love messing around with this technique (Pencil / watercolor / digital Finish)
wonderful compelling stuff in here.
Brilliant work man
Gahh this sketchbook is great, such fantastic character design and very awesome style. Good textures and such, not sure what to critique. absolutely phenomenal mood in your environments and your life drawings have great line, wish i could critique something.
Try something out of your comfort zone, which looks pretty vast so i dno lol.
I could talk about the quality of your brush strokes, which are great, or the muted color palettes (also great), but I think what really stands out for me is the uniqueness of your characters and scenarios, which is really the most important thing. Great content. You give me similar vibes as Peleng. Check out his stuff, if you haven't. I think you'll dig. Cheers.
colors are great)
Love that last one, with the little floating hat. Floating elements all the way!
While the illustrations on this page are really nice colours etc as stand alone elements, I'd really love to see more environments from you too with the same amount of personality you imbue within these guys and gals.
Keep on going.
@NickyBeats: Thank you
@Philosiflo: Glad you like it

@BlightedArt: Here are some enviro's
Its been a while, I recently graduated and I'm currently looking for more freelance work, so if anyone out there needs some illustrations to be done, you can contact me at email@example.com
Here is some stuff I did a few months ago, these were all done in about one 15 days… and functioned as a thesis for my school where I graduated with High Honors
a bit of info on the illustrations below:
A few weeks ago I graduated from my Master with great honours. It feels strange to finally be done with school. I took some time off to catch up on some much needed sleep. However, I decided it was about time to show you guys what I’ve done for my final school project. Without going into much detail, I developed a story and told it trough my illustrations. My overall goal was not to make illustrations that were technically impressive but it was more about achieving a certain atmosphere and focussing on the feeling of a piece so that it would best fit with the story.
Not focussing too much on the technical aspect also helped me to quickly achieve a good result, I spent quite some time on making thumbnails and small sketches before I started working on the final illustrations. This approach helped me to do one or two illustrations a day. This resulted in challenging myself to do 15 illustrations in 15 days, a really great exercise from which I learned tons of stuff. In the end I decided to present the illustrations not as a complete storybook, but as individual pieces built around the same story. Our very own Michael Meier helped me by printing these illustrations (as you can see in the pictures I took below) on high quality paper (Giclee on Hahnemühle Cotton Paper).
Shameless self promotion:
For those interested, I started an ETSY store where I’m selling the illustrations as Numbered Limited Edition Prints. To visit my ETSY store follow the link –> Etsy Store
Looking back at my last year at school I feel a big relieve that its all over, I’m excited for whats to come and I’m looking forward to start a professional career as an illustrator & concept artist (preferably freelance). So my next goal is to get some work ASAP!
Here's some work I've done for my good friends at RotopolPress, they had an interesting show going on called Super Villain, here's a bit of info and pictures from the show:
And here's the piece I did for the show + some explanation:
THE BENDIGEITVRAN (a.k.a The Big Bad Ass Living Bird Armor)
Bran, a young and ambitious archeologist discovers a strange armor during one of his expeditions. While studying the origin of the armor in the comfort of his home, he quickly becomes obsessed by it. After a few days the armor seems to be calling out to him, asking him to put it on, after a while Bran gives in to the request. The armor comes alive and grips firmly around his body, his skin rapidly changes turning him into some kind of purple monster. Bran has lost control over his body as the armor has taken over his ability to speak and move. Suddenly he starts to grow and grow breaking trough the rooftops of his house. The armor seems to be set out on destroying the entire city. Trapped inside the armor, Bran is forced to witness the destruction before him...
And last but not least, here's a piece I did for gallery nucleus, the original has already been sold, but there's a change that gallery nucleus is gonna make it a print too, so if you're interested go over here: link
The kind people over at Gallery Nucleus asked me to make them a small (traditional media) 5″ x 7″ illustration for their Power In Numbers project. This is the result, a combination of mixed media (mainly pencil with watercolor and a few digital adjustments). I had an enormous amount of fun working on this one and tried to incorporate a few hidden messages into the design.
Lately, I’ve been noticing strange things happening in my street. All kinds of small incidents, most of them innocent like children who fall of their bikes because one of the wheels came lose. I'v notice tentacles creeping away underneath the cars and in small alleyways whenever such an incident took place… A few days ago I managed to follow one of these tentacles and to my surprise they vanished in a cloud. If that wasn’t strange enough, I was completely and utterly bedazzled when I saw a strange figure emerge from the cloud… I ran home and tried to capture him in this illustration the best I could, but… Has anyone else seen this figure in their neighborhood too? If so, watch yourself and be cautious when you go outside…
Sooooo, until next time and enjoy Christmas
Once again: I'm available for freelance work!
This is a beautiful SB, very impressive mate
