My very first contribution

This is actually my best piece to date and its the first time i upload something to CA which makes this even more exciting!

I first uploaded this picture at CG Talk and got some criticizm which ive been working on. Ive heard a lot of things about it allready like, "Oh its the V for vendetta guy in armor" and "Haha its don quijote!" (because of the spanish influences together with the windmill in the background). This is very funny since this wasnt my intention in the first place, haha.

However, i hope you like it!

I love the texture and diffused lighting. As I scrolled down the image, I was surprised to find that he was facing me. The position of his head made me think his back was to me and he was looking over his shoulder.

It's a cool image, but it's definitely hard to tell whether or not his head is on backwards.

You both sure have a point there!
My idea was that he should be looking over the cheek piece, that is wielded to the chest piece of his armor. To do that he would have to stretch his neck resulting in a "romantic" pose. Appearantly i didnt nail it enough. as stated i got to be better using references.
