Man, those dogs look Kurazy. BZ!
really nice man! Gotta love that bear jumping over that small dog. Awesome!
Love that first image aswell, the dogs looks completely crazy, one thing that bothers me is his right hand, the one that's flicking the cigarette, it's not on par with the rest, I would redraw that and make it totally awesome!
Wow, I was searching for a proportional reference. This is amazing
Another of the demos done for conceptart.org forums here.
The artist I did this for had originally used reference which I hadn't seen, which was supposed to be an archer; but since no sane archer would take up this pose if he hoped to hit anything with an arrow, I didn't recognize it as such and had to reinterpret.
Perhaps. If I dig into my archive I think I might find something more like a deer, but the closest thing I'd done recently was some sketches of female fauns. Most weren't good enough to post. You're right, I wasn't expecting that result at all! I suppose when I think elk woman, the bulk and scale remain, but with an antler-less head. Like the otter people you did earlier, it'd be best complimented as a contrast to the male counterpart. It came to mind because you've always seemed keen on woodland cultures.
Will do!Keep up the sketch posts!
No, I remember I was thinking about a forest background.
I love it, all of it
Hello arenhaus! Always see you posting and helping people over the forum, never checked your sketchbook untill now though I got to admitt. You got a very fun and enjoyable cartoon style, hehe the bear and the dog in post #4 really made me smile. I also like the satyr lady's facial expression in post #3.
I hope you will be updating in the near future!

I really enjoy how you go out your way and show people what they're doing wrong. Aside from that, let's see what else you have.

Never Attempt the Possible;attempt the impossible and even if you fail, you'll fall among the stars.
I admire the fact that you've become such an expert at representative illustration without being able to rely on the privilege of inborn facility. That you would take so much time and effort in the pursuit of a form so difficult for you shows admirable determination and assiduousness. I hope you never become too busy to take the time to continue assisting others in these forums with your sage and hard-won understanding of the traditions of the old masters.
Speaking of which, I particularly enjoy your eerily virilialess cat-headed body builder pin-ups. Keep it up! (So to speak.)
Great sketches, busy exploring Chiseled Rocks as well. Thanks for all the great advice and for helping out new freelancers like myself find our way in the world.
