Nice start to a SB. Your basic anatomy is there (nothing is greatly out) but keep drawing the figure. If you can, go to life classes as they're really useful. Nice PS skills so far, if you want to go further then really do get a tablet. Keep it up! oh and good luck with your GCSE's, they are never as hard as the mocks

thanks, much appreciated. and yeah you're right about life classes... hmm i'll ask around.
Hey, welcome to conceptart.org. No need to know your age, as there is a 15 year old that whips most peoples ass on here.
I would suggest getting a hold of a bridgman book and doing all of the exercises. It will really help you become looser.
another day, another drawing... here we go:
k got a few naked people floating round here for ya.
some male bodies
some female (spines a bit bent on the bottom on isn't it?)
this is a real dodgy pose, i lengthened the leg just before i put it up, not sure i should have though...
got an assassin here
and here's one of me blocking an erupting volcano, been doing a few drawings on mountains and stuff, so just thought this would be kinda interesting to do
probs gonna be a few days gap until my next post, fear not, there should be some colour in this one (i hope).
i saw a picture of this city that the MAD architects designed that floats (how i do not know), and thought that i'd do a few pictures of it for school. so heres two of them. line then with tone. It's been named the sueprstar and the whole concepts a bit farfetched, but interesting.
i'll have a few more pictures up later.
Oh and can someone tell me how to get this attached thumbnail thing, that people have that shows up next to the thread name.
here's some more.
this is a taken from a picture in my history textbook. too lazy to do the face
here's where i've added a bit to sme earlier pictures i've put up

new character i'm workin on. based on a picture i saw of rameses II (the pharaoh), i'm kinda annoyed cause people keep telling me it looks like a girl...
and one of him in action (he's supposed 2 be running up a wall. imagine its there)
so whatcha think? critiscisms (or however its spelt) very much wanted.
Its been 4 years and I'm back... but not all that much better. Anyway rather than posting progress from the last 4 years, I say lets jump straight back to right now!
Lets start of with a character design sketch and some possible enviros I did for a uni project:
Not sure if I'll take any further, but I'm going to try and keep this updated regularly, the only reason why I stopped last time was because I gave up digital art completely for 2 or 3 years (I'm not sure if this was stupid or smart... I was working only in traditional in that gap).

... These images are huge.... Is there an advised set of dimensions?
Some doodles in the sketchpad. I was seeing if it was possible to put a dragons eyes somewhere else on its head. Turns out in almost every case its impractical...
And also a summary of some of my work from 2012 from month to month
And once again the images are huge.... Sorry about that
