Welcome, thx. I've attached your image so that it shows up in your post, not as a link. I've also moved this to the section where you will get the most appropriate feedback.

Please excuse me if I am mistaken here, but it looks more like a photo composite than a matte? I know mattes are free to use any/all image sources, but generally you will want to work with things more than this. The buildings are partially transparent, as we can see the clouds through them, there's an odd black strip where the water meets the land, and everything has a little of that flat, greyish, digital camera look about it. Sorry if it sounds harsh, welcome to the forum!
non au contraire je vous l'ai dit je suis debutant
si vous pouviez me conseiller et m'aider ca me fera avancer
et tout ce que vous direz j'en tienderais compte.
c'es pour cela que je suis venu sur ce forum il y a tellement
d'artistes phenomenaux .
merci je mettrais une autre demain et vous me direz ce que vous en pensez.
Not the contrary I said I debutant
If you could advise me and help me ca will advance
And what you say I tienderais account.
C'es why I came on this forum there so
I thank you put another tomorrow and you tell me what you think.
I think you chose a bad plate image because it is looking straight on, so it is not very dramatic. The buildings seem integrated pretty well, although the clouds are overdone like Anthony mentioned. Also you have a light source up there in the right corner, but the lighting in the rest of the painting is completely different.
I would suggest doing some normal paintings and then coming back to the photographs later. Good luck with it
