Holy snap! What is this? Boring old ancient media is what it is! Look at it, the ponce, all prim and proper, so fucking bourgeois it probably thinks its royalty or something. Khm, that is: Oils, acrylics and the readymade held a party and decided to not invite photoshop cause fuck that dude.
Which is an altogether roundabout way of saying I got a photographer friend to shoot my stuff all properlike.
Measurements in cm which means the first one is a wee bit taller than a very tall person.
"We, His friends" (300 x 200), mixed media 2010
Unnamed (100 x 120), oil on canvas 2011
"Olds" (75 x 51), acrylic on paper 2011
"The Blood of Jesus", readymade 2010
(I replaced the label on a bunch of wine bottles is what it is)
"Ave Cioran" (32 x 41), gold leaf and tempera on panel 2010
An authentic enough icon with all the proper materials, the proper prayers and proper rituals. Wine, gold flakes and everything. At last! Finally! Beaming with inner peace, content with the truth, there he stands! The holy Emil Cioran! For the youth may grin wide and joke "Cioran - The Holy Saint of Nihilism."
Unnamed (100 x 140), oil on canvas 2011
Unnamed (60 x 73), oil on canvas 2011
AH - the paintings! the last two are just wonderful but I really love the first of them - damn
Thanks for this wonderful update and for posting - made me forget my headache for a moment in pure exuberance.

Hello there, i am Max from Bavaria, Germany.
I love your art expecially your drawings, and the science fiction picture.
I am 20 years old, and looking for a place to study, multimedia art or something like that.
I have a few questions abeout your drawing skills.
How did you learn all this stuff? I mean is there a list of exercises which let your skills grow?
Have you done live drawings or are they imagination? Did you draw them on bigger size paper or a normal dina4 scetchbook?
Thanks and Greetings from the (at the time) sunny Bavaria.
oh my i missed this thread tremendously, wonderful past time medium.
your stuff really insists on the presence of figurative work in compositions, its really a one of a kind brainbreaker.
keep it coming!
i wonder how an olga would handle a shot of something as crazy as that first cafe observer peice. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
