Any thoughts and criticisms on the following would be very welcome.
Edit - additional Sasuke pic below.
Okay, I agree that they are all girls.
On the third girl down, her Ipod(or other music playing device) earbud is hanging there, the hair is not parting around it, you should be able to see it...barely. But now it just looks like its mystically hanging next to her ear.
Her hair suddenly sorta stops and is very thin on her right(our left) side fo her face, while the rest of her hair flows beautifully, correct me if i'm wrong but I think on a normal person(I.E. Hair is not falling out, ect) she would have more hair there.
Her right eye is sorta squinted, while her right is not..She got a twitch? ^_^
On the second girl, even if shes small-chested, she would have more definition on her chest.
Last totally nitpicky thing--On the fourth girl, shes wearing a skirt over pants correct? Black skirt, over black pants..well it looks like you gave her odd pants and a very low crotchline. I'm not sure exactly what your trying to capture there, but it gives me a different idea than what it should I think.
I'm not sure about the shadow on the nose in the first image..but i'm not sure what to say about it either.
All of those are very beautiful though, the colors, the folds, are all very excellent, I think you just need to work on the small details.
Second one is a guy btw.On the second girl, even if shes small-chested, she would have more definition on her chest.
Well the colouring in your drawings is pretty damn nice, the anatomy is warped (particularly around the faces). The nose bridges are too thin and for the first, second, and last one generally the right eye is too far away from the nose.
How do you know, you didn't draw him/her?
I do recall the title being called Naruto fanart and some ladies..
I know because the second picture is a male character named Sasuke from Naruto.
I don't watch enough anime..
Still I think he'd probably have more definition on his chest.
Yep it's Sasuke. But i agree he does look feminine, which is why i think i'll try and draw him again soon as it just doesn't look like him much.
This is a ref pic i used, just to give some perpective to the approach i took.
Thanks for all the comments everyone, it brings a great deal of satisfaction to hear you like 'em. My style is a little hard to categorize, especially on DeviantArt, but finding the balance between Japanese anime and a more Western realistic approach is what i've been working towards since i started drawing.
I dunno but the jawline feels a little odd on Sakura.. maybe thats just me..
And the hair to the left on the last girl (her right) seems unfinnished compared to the other side.
Other than that, great work =)

My sketchbook, updated whenever I get around to it
I spotted two things when I saw these pictures
1: They all look very alike
2: They are looking at the same direction
This can mean that you have made it easy for you, because you know that you can draw this pose very well.
Try to vary the faces and the positions in the pictures.
In general, these pictures are good
I'm looking forward to your next work of art
