after listening to this, I have the sudden urge to strap on some armor, grab a big ass sword, and start killin some dragons. RAAAAH!
ok this made me happy today, the story is the following: its the Morning Glory Cloud its appears on several places BUT there is only one place know where it appears on a regular basis its a large twisting cloud ( it twists around its longitudinal axis ) that is only 2 kilometers in diameter but hundreds of kilometers long, i think its sheer beauty and really made my day
Partisan, is this essentially the same thing? (albeit on a smaller scale, perhaps)
Feel free to skip the guy talking at the beginning. I don't know if the Chinese Disabled Arts Troupe been posted yet -- they've been around for years and this is an older performance, but it's my favorite. What the host doesn't explain is that, while all of the dancers are deaf, a good number of them are blind or have low vision, too. There's someone off to the side counting the music in sign language, but for those who can't see, the person behind them is breathing on their neck in time with the music, keeping count for them.
People are amazing.

if you know about the "cell phones popping popcorns" legend i think you'd like this
this really touched me today BUT for just a few minutes dont think in our western pessimistic way which is that their culture will be - in the case of this video probably already IS - destroyed (because its made 1976 ) ....just think of the overwhelming gesture when they finaly take his hand without fear ...that is the great opportunity that still lies within humankind ...that we still are able to take the hand of a total stranger and welcome him in peace and friendship ( I know I spoilered it sorry )...we are not lost yet as many may proclaim.
