Your painting makes me wanna get ahead and untwist some oils. Seems you might be elongating the portraits a little, watch out for that. I'm a fan of the line style you have too.

a quick study of another of mighty Velasquez and a chun-li sketch =) ( was great to see that traditional practice (pastel in particular)came really handy on doing this
