Whoah, this is cool man, what does it represent?
Mauve takes offense at my having said, "I am an artist" - which I do not take back, because that word included, of course, the meaning: always seeking without absolutely finding. As far as I know, that word means: "I am seeking, I am striving, I am with all my heart."

Anyone else trying to get through the maze?
My work: [link]
That must have taken you quite awhile!
Did you start small, and then get bigger when you got tired of it, or did you start large, and then get smaller to simulate distance?
Hey, I didn't think I'd get any comments, let alone good ones I've done a series of these pictures, but this is the largest(A3 actual size). It's not a magic eye picture, so don't hurt your eyes!
As this picture took so long to do, my style changed, hence why patterns change and the size changes. You'd think I'd get bigger as time went on, but I was determined to make it more complicated as I went on.
These pictures don't have any particular meaning, but it's like my diary. People usually write in a book, but I write my feelings within the picture. No one else can usually see what I have put unless I point them out, so I can express my feelings but they can still be a secret...

Here's just another kind of thing I do.
Ok well I'm gonna leave the second drawing alone and just say that you need to practice all aspects of anatomy and color theory (I'm not trying to be rude, I really think this is what you need to do).
As for the first drawing, wowzers! The next time you wan't to post work like this, feel free to post it in the Finally Finished section. It will get even more replies I think. The design is just overwhelming, and I'm therefore astounded by it, as I'm sure most other viewers are
The only crit I have for this work, and its really going back to this color theory thing, is that you need to be a little more bold in your color choices. That red color doesn't do justice to the center of this great design.
Great touch with the little hidden peace signs BTW
Hey, thanks for the crits. The first picture took a while to do, so the original colour has faded loads. Originally, the red was very vivid, and overall there was a higher contrast.
Ive never learnt any theories or techniques, and I don't draw often, so thats why I don't draw pictures that are to represent reality. The figure is a cartoon character, and so isn't bound by rules and theories, including anatomy proportions and colour theory.
