I have a few pages to scan but I'm lazy, so for now here's a quick paintything:
lines courtesy of davetheoriginal. now go show the new media colouring book in the sketches/WIP forum some love eh?
Sweet work on this last one!! double check the anatomy the rib cage of the glowing character,
it looks a bit fuzzy, but overall looks VERY cool, keep polishing away girl!
You've racked up quite a few pages. I need to catch up.

daveskogstad: thanks mate
smoothrider_41: hmm, revisiting it could be a good idea...i really should follow through on my sketches sometimes for practice's sake...
RandAlThor: heh thanks. spose my biggest crime is that rather than buying good pencils i just take any i find laying around, quality be damned :p
Reposting my 'Self-Portrait Day' SP over in here Didn't have much time on my hands that day:
Nice updates, mate.
I love that Easter Island statues! LOL.
The tree with the sapling came out really nice.
nice work man. you have a very nice quality to your line, which got me thinking about improving my own. keep it up!
figures are coming out awesome!
forget 'the dips' - i get it all the time,. and as you say, the only way is to plow on through the other side. I'm in a dip right now, so tonight I'm gonna draw til my hands hurt.
cool updates, animals look lovely as ever and your figures have some nice detail to them.
No scanner? Then do moar digitals!
Nice character here.
I think his left horn isn't foreshortened correctly, considering the angle of his right horn.
Also, I find it's good design to vary the angle of collar bones - horizontal is boring.
nice characters you have there - animals still my favourites- you have a dark power with those of the animal kingdom, they have an eerie lifelike quality at times.
wicked stuff - is our sketchgroup still alive then? ;-)
Cheers guys. Apoc: Well, I know I'm alive, so I guess we're at least 3-strong :p
Whee...Green Sea Turtles in various rough stages of progress, helping a friend out with a life cycle poster for these be-shelled surfer dudes. Trying to get hang of sketching in PS.
Your stuff is like the brink between reality and fantasy. Good stuff, The colours are nice and blended too. Keep it up.
