Beautiful works in here, I love it! Keep up the good work, and I especially enjoy that skull still life on your blog; very splendid!
HOW HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS SKETCHBOOK BEFORE?! This is seriously so amazing. Really great figures and sketchbooks and everything. I really like that you are also adept at drawing from your imagination, not just copying (it is the impression I get that a lot of people who attend ateliers can only copy and not draw without reference).
Anyways, I can't really find anything to criticize...maybe try some more dynamic or extreme poses? You seem to be doing rather basic standing poses and such a fair bit.
But yeah, what I really want to say is that you should update more often. It is such high quality stuff, I don't want to wait forever for the next batch of eye candy.

Comparing the first page of this Sketchbook to the last one is inspiring and encouraging at the same time. Thanks for not only going the way but also showing us where it can lead one.
this made my eyes happy
Incredible work. To think that you could get as good as you did in so short a time, but then keep getting better is beyond my comprehension.
In post #682, you got my 5 stars... but then you blew that page away about 1,000 times over since.
5 stars, 21 gun salute, 4 clovers, 3 purple horseshoes, 1 thread subscription, 1 blog subscription, and a salute
The values in your hatching are amazing. The strokes look so effortless. I can learn a great deal from you.

Loathsome: As swedish as sweden gets, in soul, flesh and bone.
Mulle: Yeah, nice that you noticed, it's set up wuth that in mind. But getting Rembrandts magic takes longer than 2hours I'm sure. It was a fun sketch though, wouldn't mind doing a bigger one.
How's things going for you?
omgz omgz lawx a lawdy golly gosh crikey crickets!!! this update is epic! don't want to compare you to hurri but man, and I prefer your style and darn I get jealous at your level now! xD *launching photoshop*
Great control of the pencils! Reminds my of Brian Froud, but tighter.
The flow and the feel of all of the pen drawings just makes me drool and feel a bit lazy ~ sick how the eye is pulled in and just wants to wander over them. Thanks for posting or I thought I needed coffee but this was better.
& Ah så galet bra ~ tack för all inspiration .

Duude, sweet pencils. Very nice stuff, keep it up.
2 years later.. I'm almost there again! I'm really looking forward to summer and the rest of the year. If time and money allows I would like to come visit you one of those days! Oh and I'll be updating you on TAD once the semester starts, it's going to be interesting, and very giving I feel.
One of the courses I applied to has both Andrew Jones and Jon Foster as teachers, I'm still hooked on foster since you showed me the book of yours last year. I even bought it myself, and the Phil Hale one
