Awesome pencils and progress.
Awesome pencils and progress.
Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!
pencilator my favourite ca swede line-centric guy! awesome update! fantastic chroma on canvas work! more! don't forget to post your line works! those are my addiction (btw say sketchmeet and I'm game this time! (check out my sb, I'll update some more soon with more lines))
EDIT: forgot to emphasize: MORE DELICIOUS LINE-ART NOW TOO! xU xU xU
I am awestruck... simply veryveryvery nice... Inspiring stuff.
Love the dynamic pen work in this bottom one:
All excellent. Easily worthy of the 5 *'s. Great to see more sketchbooks in the traditional mediums, these images resonate and have more impact on me than their polished, bland digital counterparts. I would love to see more studies and imaginative drawings in ink. As Softskin said, your ink drawings have a lot of dynamism to them, you handle the unforgiving medium quite well.
Again, very inspiring stuff. Now I can't wait to get back to art school on Tuesday. I'm subscribing
Oh man, just had a look through your entire legacy. Inspiring to say the least! reaaaaallllly sweet stuff, I love your pencil drawings. Was wondering, which softness did you use for these? http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...0&d=1229977337
Am I right if I guess on 5b or something similar? the lines seem hard and controlled unlike softer pencils.
Also what you wrote about the sketchmeet, jag är sugen som fan! Det hade varit så coolt att få byta linjer problemet är bara avståndet, bor så långt bort från Göteborg. Jag ska fundera på det, hade lätt varit värt det.

Thanks guys, it's nice sitting here and re-reading all the old comments I never answered. Instead I'll post some colour-studies and sketches from my last trimester. I have quite a few big ones aswell but their to sunken in to get good photos of, so I'll wait until their dry enough to varnish.
Some eveningpainting sketches
Here are a few portrait sketches from a saturday portrait group we're doing here at school.
Colous-studies for two still-lifes I ddid this trimester.
Evening studie after school.
Here are some really quick colour-studies done from the same sunset.
I just began a new one when the light had changed to much.
cheers, I have a lot of sketches which I should scan and post here. When the time comes around...

Very nice my friend. I can definately see that your studies have payed of greatly! Did you visit the "And there was light!"-exhibition yet? I'd like to go soon.
great sketchbook you've got going.. particularly love the stuff at page 28. Nice to see what's happening over at the academy!
I've recently started oil painting again, so i was a bit interested if you would mind sharing your palette? and, what kind of solvent/resins are you using over there?
Holy fuck, your progress from page 1 is crazy, mad inspiring stuff.
You really need to update more often though, i know you have a ton of crazy stuff hidden away from us!
Looking forward to bombard you with questions on the ecorche summer course, hahaha.
You have great stuff her!
could you make some step by step when you drawing model or something?
MORE!! this is one of my favorite SB's, just wish it was updated a little more :]
