hehe nice char , suitable for comic work .The style of line is great.
Your figures and portraits are really confident zou
And i must say..that oil painting from post 278 on your previous page is really something!! i really like how you did the strokes and how edgy they feel!
Good luck onwards;
Hey there! Your figure work has improved quite a bit but I really like your digital paintings! Especially the helmet on the last page, that looks great. You have a very good grasp of metal and reflections.
Oil painting? That seems like quite an achievement if you have that little experience with the medium. Impressive.
Those figures are improving rapidly. One thing you can notice from comparing the poses from imagination with those from life, is how some of the last ones are more 'comfortable'. Try and feel for yourself if a certain pose would be tense or at rest, stable or in motion. I believe consciously thinking like this is a great help. Not quite sure if you're learning from a book, Bridgman mentions 'rhytm' and 'flow'. There's more to a pose than anatomy alone! Although now that I'm typing this, I notice how the last ones are much better.... Keep at it!
Think the digital portraits in #268 are very well done. Something really happened here. As if you got the right feel, or learned something new. But you probably know better yourself.
In general you can see a shift in those portraits. Sometimes those heads were too thin or had too little structure, but its happening less and less...
Very subtle lips and nose in that last one.
Hai: well thanks
kingkostas: thanks mate
Artofinca: thanks for visiting
it's ironic that i could post this, only because i'm ill.
I'm still doing some live sketching, since i can't sit on the computer or drawing table.
wow damn everything is becoming awesome.Beautiful faces with nice linework mate.I am very glad!!!
Only in the last image some problems in proportions but a good experiment and study
Keep up and hope you pass that illness fast
Thanks so much for your lovely comment...
..in return I have to say I have nothing to crit on your lastest posts they are fantastic! Your quality of line has just improved so much over the last couple of pages, these posts jumped out at me...
#300 - I love this character! He reminds me of an old comic I used to read. In fact most of your characters have this nostalgic feel to them, are they inspired by steam-punk or is that just how they come out?
#314 - Sorry you were ill for these but you can't tell, absolutely gorgeous hand studies! and I love the ink sketches especially the folds in the clothing and the way you've weighted your lines..so confident!
nice work! keep it up
Really I like your drawing so much >>>>>>
Go on ,,,,
I hope u be afamous artist
kingkostas:thanks, but you're the one getting awesome drawings
Angel Intheuk: thanks mate.
for the character it might be because i'm trying to render with hatching like moebius but the character was done in a boring class (marketing)
thank very much for your encouraging words.
kikindaface: désolé de te décevoir, mais y'a aussi des mains de mec dans la même page>> je suis un mec Pur les valeurs, t'as raison parfois je ne trouve pas assez de temps pour assombrir assez.
Parsakoira: thanks mate
artist_essam:thanks for passing and for encouragements, same thing for you mate
i've been absent for so long: working and studies takes so much time !
kingkostas: Thanks mate ! you're right i must be more professional now

Hey there sorry for my absence... Nice looking aircraft designs, they look very believable! how do you get such a texture with pencils i wonder? it looks awesome! no crits, so keep it up!
Cool drawings, Zou!
I like the airplanes and the cellphone. I think the chair and car could have used more work. The chair looks hard cuz it's transparent, but with more time I think you could do better. I think the car could use more darker values to define the forms.
kingkostas: thanks for the nice words !
Parsakoira: thanks you, i think because i'm in hurry
Dizon: thanks, yes sure this need more work !
well these updates are all in progress (some more than other)
i'm trying to have some time to draw but all i draw is unfinished
my first live digital painting (portrait)
my first live digital painting (had only 30min)
really unfinished , this is an exercice to tweak an actual product (a pinnifarina concept car)
really nice update mate!!!I love your fluid lines, very very nice
You are improving and i see you try more things
Keep up the good work!!!!
Hi Zou, I wouldn't worry if I were you about being unproductive you've been busy the still life jug is just awesome, great texture, is that done in PS? I like the life portrait studies too, you should do more
kingkostas: thanks mate, !
Angel Intheuk: thanks. Yes the still life is in photoshop. I hope i'll have models to sit for a digital painting.
after watching david finch: it makes bridgman more and more valuable
this two black figure were done In Sai PaintTool: a wondeful light painting program.
watercolor school work, we were asked to imagine a simple dress that suit a shoe we already did.
