just some hand studies for today!
Hai i think i got it man! And thanks! Glad you like them!
Danuh thanks dude! I am hoping that they will end up great concept paintings as well! Please drop by regularly to check on me, i WILL make it (bar losing all limbs LOL).
Went out on another great sketching outing with a bunch of great local sydney artists. It just didn't produce anything worth while, on my sketchbook i mean LOL so i just mashed it all up into one!
Ok so i had a huge day and every Tuesday it's gonna be like this for the next 2 months so you guys will only be able to see little glimpses of what i have done until i have time to scan things in. So i have double of book illustration class (4 hrs), architectural drawing (2 hrs), Life drawing (2.5 hrs) and then some anatomy lessons from mr phoenix on the train home (so another 0.5 hr).
Here are thumbnails for book illustration class and the stuff i did on the way home, the life drawing and architectural stuff will have to wait.
really nice work... u are inspiration for me ...

SO i had a pretty cool life drawing class that finished with us using wacom tablets (intuos 3) only to be disappointed once i got home (see pic below) that ps does not convert very well from CS4 back to CS3.
Then i had a pretty cool life drawing late tonight but the focus was all on measuring the figure so there's is not much to show because they are all faint construction lines that would not scan very well and i dont have a digital camera.
and the day started off so well!
quackart, Imaginary, Rotor - thanks heaps guys for your comments and for dropping by. Yesterday i nearly quit so they always help!
You'r calling me by my name now so im gonna assume it's ok if do the same, PJ.
You can't quit! If you feel unmotivated just sit down with some music and draw whatever springs to mind. What are you studying btw? In school i mean. Anyway, if you feel like taking a break then do so, it's better then to burn yourself out completely which in turn might make you quit.
