Hey, we are a fully-funded team of fourteen developers based in sunny, sub-continental Sri Lanka. Coming together in February of 2012, we’re putting the final touches on Robotanika, a challenging sci-fi shooter built for the iPad using Unreal Engine 3.
DIVERSITY DEFINES US:
Our management team is made up of industry veterans from 345 Games (MTV Networks), Foundation 9, Naughty Dog, and SCEE.
In addition to our local art and engineering talent, the onsite team’s origins include Australia, UK, India, Norway, and the US.
Robotanika is a punishing touchscreen turret shooter that takes both tactical play and an itchy trigger finger to survive. Homage to the brutal difficulty of classic arcade shooters, the game pits two sentient mechanical races against each other in a raging battle of resources vs. survival. As Peaches, last member of her species, players must repel a seemingly unending wave of Robits seeking to plunder her homeworld of the precious energy source known as ‘Ka.’
