So far I've done this watercolor study in my sketchbook:

I'd like to paint over it digitally, so critiques are welcome.
The colors will be more intensive, since this watercolor study is pretty pale.
I will have to use more atmospheric perspective to keep the colors on the figure consistent with the plant, but make it stand out from the background enough to be visible in the thumbnail as well (currently it's not standing out enough, but I don't want the colors to be too different on the figure).
Any other suggestions? Anything on the figure that needs to be fixed?
