Nice works so far, I'd say you have nothing to be ashamed of! The 'robo concept' one is extremely good and I like the colors of the first one alot
And hey, same age, same country!
a speedsketch that i thought was kinda cool, im gonna refine it and hope i dont mess it up
Love that colored Robot with the tentacles!
The quick lines make it look very agile, giving the whole Pic a sense of speed.
I´d refine those rings around the tentacles though, the last one should be a bit thicker at the side facing the observer and less thick on the sides, so it feels more like it is in a 3d environment...Just my 2 cents^^
speedpainting. the hair was kind of a last minute "lets-just-see-how-this-looks" thing, and it sucks. ah well
so i tried drawing with a ballpoint pen... i use it kinda like a pencil and kinda like someone who doesnt know what hes doing, which sucks.
Thanks for dropping by my sketchbook,Vain!
You seem to have a good eye for colors and I like Pikachu along with the robot but don't ignore the studies. Also, the portrait you made with the ballpoint looks pretty good to me.
I love how sketches turn out with a ballpoint and I'll have to do some myself soon.
one hour speedpainting. man i suck at landscapes... oh and it looks like it took 20 minutes because i changed it like a million times xD
i drew this for school, the quality isnt great since i took the photo with my phone.
more recent stuff:
I'm done with this study... yeah, i ruined it with that terrible scatter brush D:
Damn, this is cool stuff. I really enjoyed seeing the painting process of the women.
Here some stuff from my sketchbook, i usually fill up about one sketchbook per month so i thought it would be kinda annoying for people viewing this, if i would post like 3 pages like that every day. also i dont really have a good scanner, but i thought maybe some will find this interesting anyways oh and i used a ball point pen
And a little portrait:
and here some really quick study:

Practicing light and shadow
30 minutes speedpainting
Nice stuff, I like like your traditional sketches.
Critiques on my work always welcome!!
nice understanding of light! you have pretty good rendering skills my only advice would be to keep working on your drawing. you say you fill up a sketchbook a month, that's pretty good! but from what I see they're pretty fast studies. i would say slow down and get your proportions right, study form (cylinders, boxes, perspective). cuz the lighting and colors look really nice, but the eyes are too far apart and too stylized in post 17. other than that it's all about mileage, keep going, you're off to a great start!
suuper quick scribble before bed... i can barely keep my eyes open
You've got a lot of really cool stuff in here. I love the pen drawing, the shark illustration and sketchbook pages.
The study of the girl is also really good, though watch out for going too hard on the black mascara around her eyes.
Good luck and keep going!
