some character sketches ..
Thanks for visiting my SB Siiilon. Wow, your pencil drawings of the horses are beautiful! I also really like your line shading (values) on portraits too. Reminds me of Andrew Loomis's pencil drawings of portraits.
You sure got a nice start!... I also find values prettty difficult, think i´ll subscribe to cheer up your process
OMG man, your pencil work!!! makes me drool all over my desk, djesus!!!! love those character sketches as well. such confidence.
If you ever get the time can you drop by my crappy sketchbook for a sec and throw me some pointers? some books I need to read, some infuences of yours I need to see and study. I want to draw like that, I need to draw like that!!! Is hatching everything in the same direction just generally better? I'm used to hatching all over the place (read trying to follow the form) but I don't get near the quality your work is showing. Then again you seem to be far more accurate in your anatomical construction then I am, I guess I just need the milage to get there.
thanks for posting!!
iMigraine: thank you very much dude, Andrew is my hero too
Sobeca: thank you for your support
Setherial: Dude, I watched your sketchbook. Amazing stuff, I don't feel in a position to give you any advices, but I'll try. Check your sketchbook, for my reply.
ivan4oto: thank you, I will upload more

Ooh, you're nice with the pencil and the charcoal and the watercolour! Really dig the portraits with the charcoal and white crayon, very accomplished.
Very good work, Siilon. I especially like your animal drawings and paintings. Really dynamic.
I love those bull studies.. you got a nice balance!
You do well with the traditional media siiilon. I'd like to see more watercolor or pen and ink.
Amazing beautiful drawings. I can definitely learn a lot by following your sketchbook and observe your drawing methods. Can you recommend some good books that could help a beginner to get started. and achieve the same resutat like you?
Confusion is the welcome mat at the door of creativity.
Love your drawings man! Especially #53 and #54. Keep up the digital stuff. I'm definitely seeing improvement.
