That's what I'm talking about! Welcome back
Thanks for the warm welcome Axelga
It's good to be back!
Here a sketsch and a wip for the CHOW
A new sketch for the Chowow.
And on with the CHOW i changed the light. Now I like the previous one more but I'm going to stick with the dark one anyways.
Plus a little swamp thumb.
When I scroll through my thread I realize how static my stuff is. Next thing I do will definitely be about dynamic.
Composition and enviroments, or at least some sort of background is also a thing i have to get into.
Daniel Chavez is crazy!!! Definitely influenced me a->LOT! Also still trying to find my own ways so hopfully one day it'll be all me.
CHOW again.. a doodle and a skelington.
This ... is awesome. I see the Daniel Chavez here too. More!
I really gotta learn my pencil shading, because it's so cool.
Here's my Chow entry and some scribbles just to make the post look bigger
The idea for the chow character was that he is somewhat elongated but it endet up looking very odd.
I exaggerated it with liquify and now I like it better I think the format also works against the idea of him looking tall..
Really really amazing work, your lines can be bold but soft at the same time , hard stuff to " mix " and furthermore so much detailed, so much texture you did Wich make your work unique .
About your digital work , you can play with opacity to make a fluid render. But love your colors
Great great can wait to see your future work too.
I'm glad you like my stuff Laurelineparis and thanks a lot for your input!
I am struggling lots with rendereing it takes me way to long and doesn't come out as I would like it to be.. still trying to find an efficient way to render... it tends to look unfinished. It should defenetly be more fluent. I'll try to focus more on that.
Here are some gesture drawings I'll do much more from now on. I hope that will help to make my figures more dynamic and its a lot of fun doing them
and some thumbs and a space marine guy
woah, man, cool work!! You've got flair~ love all of it, digi and pencil.
